Event Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our payment provider, Stripe. Places at each event are limited and are only secured once your booking is confirmed — selecting a date does not guarantee a place until payment is complete.

2. Cancellations, refunds & credits

If Mathnasium cancels an event or session — you will receive a full refund for the cancelled event or session, including any optional extras purchased for it (e.g. lunch, extended care). Refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible.

If you cancel with at least 7 days' notice before the affected date — we will issue a credit note for the value paid for that booking or session, including any cancelled optional extras. Credit notes can be redeemed against a future eligible Mathnasium event; please contact your centre to arrange this.

If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice — no credit is provided under our standard change-of-mind policy.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply in addition to the above.

3. Photography & video

We love capturing the fun, creativity and excitement of our Mathnasium events! Photographs and videos may be taken during our programs to capture special moments and share event highlights. If you would prefer your child not to be photographed or filmed, please notify your Mathnasium centre before the event. We respect the privacy of all children and families. Identifiable images will only be published or used for promotional purposes where appropriate permission has been obtained.
